Mosca - San Pietroburgo: un classico dei tour in moto

Cari amici vorremmo invitarvi in Russia e raccomandare il nostro tour in moto di nove giorni da Mosca a San Pietroburgo e ritorno. 

È il tour ideale per la prima visita in Russia, si vedranno le due capitali della Russia, la bella Mosca con la Piazza Rossa e il Cremlino e l'affascinante San Pietroburgo con la Reggia (Peterhof) e l'Eremo (Hermitage). In più troverete un sacco di piccole città e villaggi, la cucina locale e la natura della Russia.

Programma del Tour:

Giorno 1

Arrivo a Mosca

Ci occupiamo noi del trasferimento in hotel nel centro della città. Dopo un po' di riposo ci sarà un incontro informativo per quanto riguarda il tour. Vi forniremo i dettagli, l'itinerario e vi daremo qualche consiglio sulle regole e sui costumi in Russia.

Dopo l'incontro andremo a fare una passeggiata per conoscere Mosca e concluderemo con la cena in un bel ristorante, con cucina russa, nei pressi del Cremlino.

Giorno 2

Mosca – Valday, 400 km

La mattina ci troveremo in Piazza Rossa per fare le foto con le moto. Dopodiché lasciamo Mosca in direzione di Valday. Abbiamo una lunga strada da percorrere, è per questo che useremo strade a pedaggio e l'autostrada. Queste strade sono state costruite solo paio di anni fa. Utilizzando le strade a pedaggio risparmieremo tempo e ci abitueremo alle moto.

Pranzeremo a Tver, piccola città di provincia a 200 km da Mosca. È prevista la visita a Valday del monastero Iversky Svyato Ozersky Bogoroditskaya, uno dei luoghi più apprezzati dai russi ortodossi.

La serata la passeremo in una accogliente struttura sul territorio del Parco Nazionale del Valdai. Qui conoscerete le usanze autentiche e potrete assaggiare carne e latticini e avere la possibilità di fare bagni russi. Vi sono strade "forestali" molto interessanti che possiamo esplorare in moto o su un cavallo. Se qualcuno nel gruppo vorrebbe fare off-road, Valday è il luogo ideale per questo.

Giorno 3

Valday – San Pietroburgo, 400 km

Oggi attraverseremo diverse piccole città e arrivaremo a San Pietroburgo in serata.

Una delle città lungo la nostra strada è Novgorod, è una delle più antiche e famose città della Russia. Ha celebrato il 1155. anniversario di fondazione nel 2014. Si tratta del luogo di nascita della democrazia e dello stato russo. Il vecchio Cremlino e il Monastero sono conservati nel cuore della città.

Ci fermeremo anche a Gatchina e daremo un'occhiata al Castello e al Parco. Sarà una occasione per prendere un caffè e per riprendere il fiato. Dopo si va direttamente a San Pietroburgo, dove ci aspetta il check-in in hotel e una cena presso il Museo della Vodka russa.

Giorno 4

San Pietroburgo

Today we have a sightseeing tour around the city. First, we go to Peterhof, where you see dozens of fountains in the Lower Garden - funny and pompous, simple and complex – they have delighted guests for the past two and a half centuries. The "Russian Versailles" is certainly not inferior to its French prototype in terms of luxury, decoration, engineering genius, the radiance of gold and the riches of the Palace's halls.

From Peterhof we come back to the city center, have a lunch in a nice restaurant and have a walk around architectural ensemble of the Palace Square, visiting the Hermitage, excursion to St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Nevskiy Prospect and rivers and canals of St. Pete.

By the evening we will be tired, so another local restaurant with Russian wine would be just perfect place to relax and share emotions about the tour.

Day 5

Saint-Petersburg – Pushkin Hills, 350 km

Our plan for today is to visit Pskov and Pushkin Hills, all places situated on the banks of Chudskoye Lake.

Pskov, along with Novgorod, is one of the oldest Russian cities. The very old church remained untouched in the very center, in Kremlin. We have a short sightseeing tour around and then head to Pushkin Hills.

Pushkin Hills is a family residence of – guess who? – Alexander Pushkin, probably one of the most recognized Russian poet. His matrilineal great-grandfather was Abram Petrovich Gannibal, who was kidnapped from equatorial Africa and raised in the household of Peter the Great. Pushkin even created a novel Peter the Great’s Negro based on this story. There is a museum of the family in the Pushkin Hills, surrounded by a very old forest. We will face the sunset at the bank of the river, and we promise – it’s a marvelous sight.

Day 6

Pushkin Hills – Derbovezh, 300 km

Derbovezh is a lake where you can experience fishing, boat tours on the lake. Russian baths – if you are ready for it. There are some other activities available: volleyball, sunbathing on the beach, swimming in the crystal clear water, etc. The dinner will be made by a local chief, and in the evening we will hear some more stories about Russia, our culture and history.

Day 7

Derbovezh – Moscow, 375 km

The last part of the journey we ride on Riga highway. There are no alternative ways, except of some off-roads, because Tver area has probably the worst roads in the country. Who wants some off-road? We can do short 20 to 30 km rides on these roads. We have a lunch in Rzhev and arrive to Moscow approximately at 4 pm. We check-in to the hotel and have a walk around the city center, Red Square and Kremlin. It’s less crowded in the evening and very peaceful. We will finish the day in the best beer restaurant in Moscow.

Day 8

Moscow

This day we have an excursion around the city. Starting with Kremlin and Red Square, we will see GUM (The main shopping mall) and Saint Basil’s Cathedral. Later on we will explore the subway (Metro) and have a walk on Arbat, which is the most famous pedestrian street in Moscow, where you can buy authentic Russian souvenirs. And lastly, in the evening we will have a farewell dinner.

Day 9

Departure from Moscow

This is the last day before you catch your plane. If your departure is rather late, we will be able to visit Tretyakov Gallery, The Bolshoy Theater or Central Park. We will also take care about your transfer to the airport.
